What Justin glass asks for
Justin has stayed a small town while Denton County grew around it, and the housing shows that split clearly. There are the older homes in and around the original town, and then there's the new construction arriving on the edges — Treeline, another Hillwood community, among them.
Those two need different work. Older Justin homes often still carry original or early-replacement windows: wood frames, single panes or first-generation double glazing, and putty and paint that have been through a few decades of Texas summers. That glass cleans up well, but it wants a hand and some judgement rather than a machine and a schedule.
The new side of town has the opposite problem — brand-new glass still carrying the build on it, where the risk is scratching a pane that has never been cleaned. Same town, opposite jobs.
What both share is the setting. Justin still has open land around it, and open land means wind, dust and the grit that comes off unpaved edges and working property. West-facing glass takes the brunt.
Three things that show up on Justin glass.
-
Older frames and glazing
Wood frames and aged putty need a hand and some judgement, not a machine on a schedule.
-
New-build residue
On the newer streets it's the opposite job: construction film on glass that scratches if it's rushed.
-
Open-country dust
Wind off surrounding land keeps the exposed elevations hazy between cleans.
Window cleaning is where we started.
-
Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior, cleaned traditionally by hand.
-
Power Washing
Driveways, patios, fences, and siding. Soft-wash where it's delicate, pressure where it's needed.
-
Glass Replacement
Broken, cracked, or fogged glass replaced — windows, showers, and storefronts. No auto glass.
-
Custom Screens and Repair
Torn, bent or missing? We re-screen, rebuild and create custom screens in our own workshop.
Justin questions, answered.
-
My windows are old. Will cleaning them cause a problem?
Not if they're handled properly. Older wood frames and aged glazing need a careful hand — that's exactly why we clean the first time traditionally, by hand, rather than putting a machine on them.
-
Do you come out as far as Justin?
Yes, regularly. Justin is inside our normal service area, not an out-of-the-way trip we surcharge for.
-
Can you handle a whole-house screen rebuild?
Yes. We build and repair screens in our own workshop, including odd sizes and openings that never had a screen to begin with.
